Dr. Naseef graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ain Sham before a year-long placement at the Health Insurance Hospitals as a deputy surgeon. He began working at the ER of the Algerian Ministry of Health and the Doctor Sameer Bahrawi Dispensaries in 1981. He has spent more than 36 years in ER and general medicine.
